Feladatok és tevékenységek Ensure and govern appropriate associate mix at project and organisation level Coordinates with the TAG teams for the positions opened externally and ensures the same closure of the same. Meet staffing requirements of all projects through effective mobilization of resources within defined deadlines Managing and reporting the skills data for the employees in the GDC. Ensures movement of employees across projects in adherence to the rotation plans and ensure pre-planning of assignments for employees Owns & creates the workforce planning for the organization based on goals from the management and inputs from sales teams. Review the same on a regular basis. Create a resource pipeline to enable ramp-up of future projects Deploys optimal deployment of employees within the organization to ensure staffing of the right person in appropriate roles Monitor and manage transfers and deputations ensuring legal requirements and internal process requirement are met Tracks unallocated, releases, associates returning from deputation, leave without pay, maternity to be able to ensure optimal utilization of GDC resources Tracks and takes proactive measures to optimize time between allocations of the associates Cooperates with counterparts in other countries where TCS operates to ensure meeting the critical staffing requirements across the organisation globally Facilitates the competency building of employees in the organisation Proactively deploy measures to improve unit performance in key staffing operating metrics Provides timely data on all activities Ensures the compliance regarding RMG processes as per the Corporate Guidance Ensures the compliance of RGS management as per the corporate Guidance. Supports and adapts to the new systems that are involved in the entire RMG process Takes care of end to end transfer processes for the associates who are applying for the GDC Liason with BA vendors to close critical open positions. Coaches the team members based on need and ensures that they are having the deepest possible knowledge about their own responsibility area Követelmények Angol |Haladó |Szükséges További követelmények College or university degree Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Previous experience in staffing, workforce planning
